Yes people - Lorax here, As im sure many of you are aware, this week has been a 'out of the norm' week in terms of performce, for the Lorax Layer, im sure for some of you have joined this week - you are concerned with the performance and to be honest - I would be aswell. Rest assured those of you who have been in the group for a while now will understand that this wekek has been particularly difficult for many of the traders in the Layer. This is not the standard we strive for and rest assured we are looking to make adjustments, not in the way you may be thinking, traders are always going to have losing weeks, this isn't me talking about some recycled information, what I mean by that is that by rotating the traders in the layer we run the risk of swapping a different trader in on their losing week. The quality of the layer is great, I know it, you guys know it however this week I must admit the performance has been sub par. Now what are we doing going forward, in terms of traders in the elite channel, we are going to be reducing it to just 2 traders, however these will be the 2 highest quality traders that we can possibly find, our team is currently on the look out additionally suggestions are appreciated, we dont want multiple trades per day and traders who have no problem lying through their teeth, we want traders who can accept a loss with the same grace they can accept a win. All traders will still be acessable in a seperate channel to prevent 'false advertising' however we will advise you/encourage you not to use them. In terms of VIP we will be doing the same with GTMO and Sol Gibbs - the idea is to have multiple traders which everyone likes and sitll have the big names available however not directly encouraged to be taken in the main channel, Tmarz will be returning we're already in the new channel just waiting until Monday to turn the bot back on - additionally Ollie Mathew's will be replaced with a new trader as he is no longer posting trades. The idea is to have 3/4 in a set up which everyone is happy using - the issue is when the channel becomes dependant on an individual or group, when they have a losing week theres too much dependance on the trader. that being said these changes will be rolled out over the course of 2 weeks we don't want to flood a bunch of new traders in without there being time for opinions on them to form Additionally - if you're down this week/had a bad week, take the rest of the week off you will lose more trying to recoup loses fast than just taking a few days off over the wekend and returning after a couple of days with a level head. Thankyou to all of you for being a part of the Layer and we will continue to do our part to make this service as good as humanly possible
